The Program is a customer-loyalty program through which Hyatt offers eligible individuals the opportunity to earn points and qualify for different tiers of benefits and awards as explained throughout these Terms. Please see Appendix B to these Terms for information on Program benefits available to all Members (defined in I.(a) below). Please see Appendix C to these Terms for information on the tiers of elite status in the Program and the additional benefits offered to Members who receive elite status in the Program. Please see Appendix D to these Terms for information about participating in the Program through meetings and events.
For more information on certain experiences, properties, and other locations that participate in the World of Hyatt program in a limited capacity – including FIND experiences, Homes & Hideaways by World of Hyatt properties, certain Mr & Mrs Smith collection properties, Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties, American Airlines AAdvantage®, Destination by Hyatt Residences properties, and UrCove properties – as well as terms governing participation in the Program by travel advisors, please visit the Supplemental Terms page. The additional terms that apply to participation in the Program by these experiences, properties, and other locations are incorporated into and are part of these Terms. Particular Program awards, benefits or other opportunities may not be available at or as part of such experiences, properties, or other locations, even though the applicable experience/property/location is not expressly identified as being excluded where the award, benefit, or opportunity is described in these Terms.
